LHDN e-Invoice

An LHDN e-Invoice is a digital receipt provided by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia for a transaction between a supplier and customer. Commencing from 1st January 2025, if you require an LHDN e-Invoice for Emart24 purchases, please note the following steps:

How to get your LHDN e-Invoice?

Follow these steps:

For instore purchases

Scan QR code on your printed receipt immediately. QR code is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase.

Fill in the form and submit.

Receive e-Invoice via email within [24] hours after validation by LHDN.

For emart24 MY app purchases

Due to the potential for changes in order details (resulting from any changes in the order or amount), e-Invoice requests cannot be processed immediately for [in-app] orders.

Click request for e-invoice button from the order history after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

Fill in the form and submit.

Receive e-Invoice via email within [24] hours after validation by LHDN.

FAQs about e-Invoice

Starting from [1st January 2025], LHDN e-Invoice request will be available for your Emart24 purchases made in store or via its emart24 MY app. For Emart24 purchases via Food Delivery partners (GrabFood and Foodpanda), the availability of e-Invoice is from the respective platforms.

You must request the e-Invoice within 3 days from the date of purchase. Kindly refer to the date on the [receipt or transaction].

  • For instore purchase, you may request for the e-invoice immediately up to 3 days after your purchase.
  • For emart24 MY app orders, due to the potential for changes in order details (resulting from any changes in the order or amount), e-Invoice requests cannot be processed immediately for online orders. You may request your e-Invoice within 24 hours to 3 days after your order. Applications submitted after this period will not be processed.
  • For emart24 purchases via Food Delivery partners (GrabFood and Foodpanda), the availability of e-Invoice is from the respective platforms.

If you did not receive a receipt for:

  • In-store purchase: Please reach out to our team members at the outlet of your purchase to request a reprint of the receipt on the same day of purchase.
  • emart24 MY App order: [Please contact Emart24 Customer Careline at +6010-8286424 (Mon - Sun, 9.00 AM – 11.00 PM) to request support on this matter.]
  • For emart24 purchases via Food Delivery partners (GrabFood or Foodpanda):  please refer to the respective platforms.

If your receipt is damaged or lost for:

  • In-store purchase: Please reach out to our team members at the outlet of your purchase to request a reprint of the receipt on the same day of purchase.

  • For emart24 purchases via Food Delivery partners (GrabFood or Foodpanda): please refer to the respective platforms.

  • Please check if you are using the correct email address, as well as your spam and junk folders.
  • If it is still not there, please contact the Emart24 Customer Careline at +6010-8286424 (Mon - Sun, 9.00 AM – 11.00 PM) to request support on this matter.

When you click 'Submit Now', your request will be processed. Please wait to receive your validated e-Invoice; you can reject the e-Invoice within 72 hours if necessary.

You will receive the e-Invoice in PDF document via email within [24] hours after validation by LHDN, which contains an embedded QR code that can be used to verify the authenticity of the e-Invoice.

If there is an error in the validated e-Invoice you have received, the e-Invoice can be rejected. Please reject within 72 hours of receiving the validated e-Invoice to put in your correct details.
