Description

Duties

  • Develop enthusiastically satisfied customers at all times by welcoming and connecting with every customer and ensuring all items are served with quality.
  • Ensure constant and adequate stocks are displayed according to the company’s specifications and local regulations.
  • Follow the food and shop safety standards and guidelines.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and work as a team.
  • Clean and organise the shop, maintain organised and clean work areas, and comply with safety and security standards at all times.
  • Comply with emart24 uniform, appearance and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Training Guidebook.

Description

The Shift Manager serves as a role model and expert to team members on emart24 convenience store standards. To support the business’ success by creating and establishing the flow of Team Member Training ensure all new members complete training plans within the specified time during employment. Perform and follow up on team members’ assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered following the company's standard operating procedures.

Duties

  • Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customers’ orders.
  • Execute administrative and cash management duties.
  • Ensure team members’ complete understanding of all aspects of the learning journey.
  • With Manager, schedule and plan cross-training schedules to complete all modules.
  • Provide feedback and follow up to confirm understanding of emart24 Standards and Procedures.
  • Monitor performance of new team members and consistently provide feedback to management team to assist in their learning journey.
  • Effectively and consistently utilise all company communications channels i.e. email, operations bulletin, logbook to keep team members updated on all matters.

Description

To support the Outlet Manager in managing all functions of emart24 convenience store to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to achieve shop profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.

Duties

  • Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customers’ orders.
  • Share customer feedback with the team and use feedback to improve shop operations and build brand loyalty.
  • Actively recruit customer-focused team members, and maintain adequate staffing levels according to projected sales.
  • Promote staff development through timely evaluations, coaching and training to ensure the team is customer-focused and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
  • Build shop sales through various methods by executing creative local shop marketing plans and creating a positive presence in the community.
  • Ensure food, labour and other controllable costs stay within budget and correct any P&L line-item deviation.
  • Work with the team and ensure impeccable food presentation and proper HACCP food handling procedures.
  • Execute administrative and cash management duties.
